What the platform covers
Schools don't all need the same thing at once. A school admin needs onboarding and timetabling, a financial admin needs fee instalments and payroll, a professor needs a gradebook, a student needs their own attendance and fees. Rather than one bloated dashboard trying to serve everyone, we built five separate applications, each scoped to a role, sharing one multi-tenant GraphQL backend.

How we built for multi-tenancy from the first sprint
Backend as the shared foundation
A managed GraphQL layer over Postgres gave every portal the same data access patterns and permission model, so adding a sixth portal later doesn't mean rebuilding the API.
