What the platform verifies
Anyone can list a rental property. The hard part is making a marketplace trustworthy enough that landlords pay to unlock leads and tenants hand over ID documents. Drrent's core value isn't the listings, it's the KYB, tiered verification, and audit trail we built underneath them, across a Next.js frontend, a NestJS API, and a dedicated admin console.

How we built the trust layer
Modelled verification as its own domain
Rather than bolting KYC onto user signup, verification became a first-class module in the NestJS API, with its own state machine, document storage, and admin review queue.
