What changed on the shop floor
AEIPL is ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified, machining precision parts and structures for DRDO labs and other defence work, much of it one-off or low-volume (quantity 1-2), which is a very different shape of manufacturing to repetitive production runs. Every part needs a documented chain of custody: quotation risk, process sheet, inspection stamps, and calibration records. We built that chain into Swynix ERP instead of leaving it on paper.
